Shipping Times
In stock items will be shipped within 7 days. Because we depend on manufacturer shipping windows, please allow up to two weeks for special order items to ship, unless otherwise indicated. You will receive an email notifying you when your items have shipped. If you have questions about when your order will ship, please do not hesitate to contact Customer Service, either before you order or afterwards.
P.O. Boxes
We regret that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or to Military APO/FPO addresses at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We may add USPS shipping in the future, so please contact Customer Service if that would be a more convienient option for you.
Local Pickup
If you live near Oswego, Illinois, you may also arrange to pick up your order at our store location. Simply select "Local pickup" as your shipping option during checkout, and we will contact you to arrange the pickup. There is no shipping charge for this service.

Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact Customer Service. If we are unable to address your concerns, we will provide a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number with which you may return your items. Any returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Subject to the conditions below, merchandise may be returned if defective, or if unopened and in original condition, unwashed and unworn and with all original tags and/or packaging intact.

| Special Order items | Items marked "Special Order" are subject to a 15% restocking fee. They may be returned within 45 days for a refund, or within 90 days for a store credit. Beyond 90 days, all sales of special order items are final. |
| Cloth Diapers and Diaper Accessories | Cloth diapers and cloth diaper accessories are subject to a 15% restocking fee. They may be returned within 45 days for a refund, or within 90 days for a store credit. Beyond 90 days, all sales of these items are final. |
| All other items | All items not otherwise listed above may be returned within 45 days for a full refund, or within 90 days for a store credit. Beyond 90 days, all sales of these items are final. These items are not subject to a restocking fee. |
Refunds will be issued to the credit card or paypal account used to make the original purchase. Store credits may be used towards any future purchase.
Shipping charges are refunded as follows: if the entire purchase is returned, the entire original shipping charge will be refunded. If only a portion of a purchase is returned, the shipping charge refund will be pro-rated based on the item cost and the original shipping charge. Return shipping charges are not reimbursed. Shipping charges for clearance items will be refunded as store credit.
